Join Cory for this 6-wk introduction to mindfulness in the midst of it all. This will be on Zoom. Class dates are Sun. 10/25 – 12/6 (no class 11/29) from 3:30-4;30p. The classes will be recorded and will be available during the 6-wk program. So, if you can’t make it to a live class you will have access to the recording at your convenience.
Mindfulness meditation offers tools for navigating difficult times with as much ease and wisdom as possible. This 6-week class series introduces practices like mindfulness of thought, body scan, Metta (or lovingkindness), self-compassion, and mindful walking. Learn foundational skills to build a regular meditation practice you love, and deepen your access to peace and joy, right in the midst of your rich, full, challenging, beautiful, complex, ever-changing life.
