Join Maria Skinner, BeSoul Dancer, former Nia Trainer & Embodied Astrology Founder for our “BeSoul Dance Seasonal Activation” Series. This special class includes Nia-style choreography, embodied astrology and exploration of our own inspired movement. We will celebrate the different seasons and specific astrological influences during that time of the year.
We dance the first hour and spend the last 15 minutes in a guided meditation to further connect to our vision and our grounded sense of Self.
Maria will be teaching each season. The Winter season consists of Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. This year we have been dancing the Fixed Signs and the one for winter is Aquarius – Mark your Calendars!
The Fixed Signs are the times when we organize and create stable growth physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally.
